Refund & Subscription Policy:

At My English Sarah, we are committed to providing a high-quality, enjoyable, and personalized learning experience for every student. However, we maintain a clear refund policy to ensure transparency.

1. Free Trial

• You can try the platform for free for 3 days before subscribing to any paid plan.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to activate the free trial.
• No charges will be made during the trial period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the trial ends.
• If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and the corresponding amount will be charged based on your chosen plan.

2. Refunds After Payment

Due to the immediate nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds after access to paid content has begun — except in the following cases:

• You were charged by mistake.
• You were billed twice for the same subscription.
• A technical issue from our side prevented you from accessing the platform.

You may request a refund within 3 days of the payment date. All refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• If you began using the platform (e.g., watched lessons or used “Baleegh”).
• If you did not cancel auto-renewal before the billing date.
• If you claimed the platform “didn’t suit you” without a technical issue.

Subscription Cancellation & Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan.
• You may cancel auto-renewal anytime through your account dashboard.
• Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund of the current billing period, but prevents future charges.
